To access certain features, you must create an account through our supported authentication providers (e.g., Google, Facebook). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

Not professional advice. The Services are provided for entertainment, educational, and informational purposes only. Nothing provided through the Services constitutes medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions in these areas.
AI-generated content. All readings, interpretations, and guidance are generated by artificial intelligence models. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies. You should not rely on AI-generated content as the sole basis for any decision.
No guarantee of accuracy. Astrological calculations, birth chart positions, and related data are approximations based on available astronomical models. Exact positions may vary depending on the calculation method, house system, and reference data used. We do not guarantee precise astronomical accuracy.
Personal responsibility. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply any information received through the Services. Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.
Free tier. The Wanderer plan provides limited access at no cost. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free tier at any time.
Paid plans. Seeker and Oracle plans require a recurring subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly) until cancelled.
Pricing. All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after notice is provided.
Cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Upgrades. When you upgrade to a higher plan mid-cycle, the remaining value of your current plan is credited toward the new plan via proration. You are charged the difference immediately.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.

You retain ownership of any personal information, birth data, and chat content you provide through the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

The Services, including their design, code, branding, and original content (excluding user-generated content and AI outputs), are owned by Aether Oracle and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
AI-generated readings and interpretations produced through the Services are provided for your personal use. You may share them publicly provided they include attribution to Aether Oracle. You may not claim authorship of AI-generated content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aether Oracle, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms with a new “Last Updated” date and, where feasible, by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
