Data Deletion Instructions

Method 1: Delete from Account Settings (Instant)

1. Sign in to your Aether Oracle account.
2. Go to your Profile & Settings page.
3. Scroll down to the “Danger zone” section.
4. Click “Delete account”.
5. Confirm the deletion in the modal that appears.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately. You will be signed out automatically.

Method 2: Email Request

Visit our Contact page, select “Data access or deletion request” as the subject, and include:

• The email address associated with your account.
• A statement requesting deletion of all your data.

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

What Is Deleted

• Account information (name, email, profile picture)
• Birth data and astrological charts
• Chat history and conversation content
• Subscription and billing records ( Stripe retains payment metadata as required by law)
• Token usage and usage metrics
• Contact form submissions linked to your email

What May Be Retained

Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics. Server logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security purposes. Stripe may retain certain payment records as required by applicable law.
